Disclosed is a formulation for coating a medical device, comprising both a scar formation inhibiting drug and a biocompatible polymer as a controlled release substance. According to the present invention, the formulation is used in various medical devices for transplantation or nonplantation uses so as to regulate and release the scar inhibiting drugs for a long period of time.
