PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative medicine with use of cultured cells.SOLUTION: A skin at a transplant site is peeled to a split thickness of 100 micron to 400 micron. The sliced skin is chemically treated to be split into an epidermal portion and a corium portion. Only the epidermal portion is used, and the corium portion is discarded. The split epidermal portion is transplanted onto the exposed remaining corium portion at a doner site. On this occasion, hair papilla cells or tissues are transplanted on the corium portion and the epidermal portion is transplanted thereon.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】培養細胞を用いる再生医療が実現することを課題とする。【解決手段】移植部の皮膚を100ミクロンから400ミクロンの分層で剥離し、その分層皮膚を薬剤処理して表皮部分と真皮部分に分離して、表皮部分のみを使用し、真皮部分は廃棄する。分離した表皮部分は、採皮部の露出した残りの真皮の上に移植するが、その際に毛乳頭細胞もしくは組織を真皮の上に移植し、その上から表皮を移植することによって、上記課題が解決された。【選択図】なし
