PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide active and passive immunization methods for preventing and treating Clostridium Difficile infection, which involve percutaneous administration of Clostridium difficile toxin-neutralizing polyclonal immune globulin, C. difficile toxoids, or combinations thereof.SOLUTION: The invention relates to: prevention and treatment of the Clostridium Difficile infection by using a human toxin-neutralizing antibody induced to a toxin or toxoid of the Clostridium Difficile, and the toxin or toxoid of the Clostridium Difficile； and methods for identifying the C. difficile toxoids, the C. difficile toxin-neutralizing polyclonal immune globulin, with a subject that produces the C. difficile toxin-neutralizing polyclonal immune globulin.【課題】クロストリジウムディフィシル（Clostridiumdifficile）毒素中和ポリクローナル免疫グロブリン、C.ディフィシル・トキソイド、またはそれらの組み合わせの経皮投与を含む、クロストリジウムディフィシル感染の予防および治療のための能動かつ受動の免疫感作法の提供。【解決手段】クロストリジウムディフィシルの毒素またはトキソイドに対して誘起されたヒト毒素中和抗体およびクロストリジウムディフィシルの毒素またはトキソイドを用いたクロストリジウムディフィシル感染の予防および治療。また、C.ディフィシル・トキソイド、C.ディフィシル毒素中和ポリクローナル免疫グロブリン、C.ディフィシル毒素中和ポリクローナル免疫グロブリンを産生する対象を同定する方法。【選択図】なし
