<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-bubble generation apparatus, wherein a plate is installed in a pipe, flow rate change of flowing water is caused to produce a negative pressure in the pipe and to self-supply a gas and further bubbles generated can be micronized by using only the plate arranged in the pipe and an opening (for example, a slit) formed in the pipe. <；P>；SOLUTION: A gas supplying pipe 2 is arranged in a body pipe 9 arranged in a liquid, and the gas is introduced into the body pipe 9 from the gas supplying pipe 2 using a negative pressure generating in the pipe by a velocity of the liquid flowing in the body pipe. The gas and the liquid are mixed in the body pipe and thereafter collided with the plate 11 arranged on a downstream side of the body pipe to form micro bubbles.
