A device for interfacing with the heart is disclosed. The device comprises a spiral expander 1 adapted to be positioned inside annulus of the heart mitral valve in a constricted form. The spiral expander is adapted to be coupled to an atrium outlet tube 6 adapted to be supported by an anchor plate 8 provided to be pressed against the outer wall of the left ventricle of the heart on the end towards the foot of the body. A collapsible corrugated tube 11 surrounding the atrium outlet tube 6 is provided to enable movement of a rod 15 having a pointed cone 17 provided at its inner end such that to pierce the left ventricle wall of the heart to establish connections with the blood vessels of the left side of the heart. According to an embodiment of this invention a similar device is replicated and inserted into the right ventricle of the heart to establish connections with the blood vessels of the right side of the heart.
