PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect repelling sheet having an easily printable multilayer structure to allow evaporation of an insect repelling component over a long period.SOLUTION: The insect repelling sheet 1 has a three-layer structure obtained by laminating a plastic barrier layer (insect repelling component impermeable layer) 2, a paper intermediate layer (insect repelling component holding layer) 3 and a plastic sustained release layer 5 for a repelling agent (insect repelling component permeable layer) in this order. The insect repelling component held in the intermediate layer 2 is transferred to the sustained release layer 5 and evaporated. The intermediate layer 2 is printed on the face contacting with the sustained release layer 5 and the printed part can be viewed from outside through the transparent or translucent sustained release layer 5.
