Device includes vertical body of table with possibility of height changing, which is positionally fixed in its base. Pivot mechanism is located in upper part of vertical body, made in form of cylinder, coaxially with it. To pivot mechanism fixed is orthogonal profile with projection in its upper part and projection with toothed surface in its middle part, which are functionally connected with mobile device of instrument table by means of two spaced from each other bearings and toothed gear wheel of drive. Drive case is fixed on mobile device, in lower part of which also located are two spaced additional bearings, contacting with lateral lower part of orthogonal profile. Additional cylinder is fixed from the other side of mobile device, inside which located is cylindrical part of linear drive, whose extensible part is connected with lower part of additional cylinder. Upper part of additional cylinder is located inside instrument table body and is fixed with cylindrical projection from the lower side. In cylindrical projection made is slot on the height not less than length of stepper drive, in which it is fixed and by means of toothed gear connected with toothed surface of nozzle with possibility of rotation. Nozzle is located coaxially with instrument table body.
