A disposable cleaning pad that is used with a cleaning composition is disclosed. The cleaning composition includes at least about 93 wt% water and has an overall Receding Contact Angle of from about 8% to about 22°. A cleaning implement is also disclosed. The cleaning implement includes a handle； a plastic head； a cleaning pad removably connectable with the plastic head； a reservoir connected with or separated from the handle； and a cleaning composition disposed in the reservoir, wherein the cleaning composition comprises at least about 90 wt% water and has an overall Receding Contact Angle of from about 8° to about 22°.
