PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amino acid elution inhibitor which inhibits the elution of skin amino acid on cleaning of a face, a body and hair, and a detergent composed of the same.SOLUTION: The detergent inhibits the elution of amino acid containing N-acethylglucosamine. According to this amino acid elution inhibitor, the barrier function and moisture-retaining function of a skin can be maintained by inhibiting the elution of skin amino acid on cleaning a face, a body and hair, thus a sound skin can be retained.
