A pair of horizontal bars is formed into a thin plate shape and has self-elasticity. A pair of horizontal bars is separated to the top and bottom. A holding part which is bent to a lower side is included in both ends of right and left sides of the horizontal bar. The holding part is a plurality of saw-toothed. The vertical bar connects a pair of horizontal bars and is divided into an upper part and a lower part. A slide groove is formed in inside right and left girth of the upper part.
