According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for exercising a mouth comprises: a housing portion an elasticity providing portion including a first support portion wherein one side is fixated in the housing portion, a second support portion wherein one side is fixated in the housing portion and formed to be inclined with the first support portion, and an elastic member for providing an elastic force in a direction wherein the first support portion and the second support portion are apart when the first support portion and the second support portion approach and a pair of mouthpieces respectively coupled to the other side of the first support portion and the other side of the second support portion, and mounted on a mouth of a user.
