PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-carbonated beverage in which a change in a composition of retronasal aroma is inhibited, and a method for producing the same, and a method of inhibiting a change in a composition of retronasal aroma in a non-carbonated beverage.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a non-carbonated beverage comprising vitamin C of 900-2200 ppm, wherein the non-carbonated beverage may also comprise fruit juice or vegetable juice.
