The present invention relates to an immersion vaccine composition for preventing viral hemorrhagic septicemia of fish containing a VHSV vaccine and Montanide IMS 1312 VG adjuvant, and a method for preventing viral hemorrhagic septicemia of fish using the same. The use of the immersion vaccine for viral hemorrhagic septicemia according to the present invention can effectively prevent viral hemorrhagic septicemia in fish that are difficult to inoculate.
