The present invention relates to a novel red pepper sauce remarkably enriched with a hot taste and a method for manufacturing the same. A red pepper sauce recipe with a differentiated hot taste is first prepared, and the quality characteristics and capsaicin content of the prepared red pepper sauce are analyzed. Then, the prepared red pepper sauce recipe is used to make tteokhokki (stir-fried rice cake), and then the sensory evaluation is conducted.
