The germinated brown according to the present invention is germinated after being immersed in an aqueous solution containing taurine, and is coated with a coating liquid containing the taurine, and thus compared to normal germinated brown rice, the content of taurine is remarkably increased, the content of GABA is also increased, and body weight and body fat are effectively reduced.
