The pivot joint (5) is provided with a spring arrangement (7, 41) acting about the correlated pivot axis (29, 40), wherein the spring arrangement (7, 41) comprises a cam disk (8) and a pressure member (9) resting under spring pretension against the cam disk (8) and guided along the contour of the cam disk (8) as a function of pivot angle (α, δ) of the arm section (3).
