PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vivo implant formed by firmly and tightly sticking a bioactive film to a substrate surface and a high-strength in-vivo implant with high bioactivity by using a material with kinetic property close to the bone as the substrate.
SOLUTION: This in-vivo implant includes the substrate 1 with a porous surface, and the bioactive film 2 formed of a bioactive material on the surface of the substrate. The material forming the substrate uses engineering plastic. The substrate includes at least one kind of fiber selected from a carbon fiber, a glass fiber, a ceramic fiber, a metal fiber, and an organic fiber.
