A method of fabricating composition containing secretome, which comprises the following steps: providing a tissue containing mesenchymal stem cells washing and placing the tissue containing mesenchymal stem cells for 4 hours to obtain a composition centrifuging the composition by 400g and 430g for 10 minutes to obtain a composition containing secretome. The invention also provides a composition containing secretome and the use thereof. The method of fabricating can obtain composition containing secretome within a shorter period of time, and the composition containing secretome has the efficacy of promoting skin regeneration, hair growth, and wound healing.本發明提供一種含有分泌蛋白質組的組成物之製備方法,其方法包含:齊備一含有間質幹細胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSC)之組織;沖洗該含有間質幹細胞之組織;將清洗後的含有間質幹細胞之組織靜置4小時,以獲得一組成物;將該組成物以400 g至430 g離心10分鐘後,以獲得含有分泌蛋白質組的組成物;本發明另提供一種由前述製備方法所製得的含有分泌蛋白質組的組成物及其用途。本發明所述之製備方法可於短時間內獲得含有分泌蛋白質組的組成物,且該含有分泌蛋白質組的組成物具有促進皮膚細胞再生、毛髮生長以及傷口癒合之效果。
