The present invention relates to a fishing rod fixture preventing the separation of a fishing rod. The fishing rod fixture comprises a first fixing body fixed on a ship or the like, and a second fixing body fixed on a fishing rod. If a fixing pin, which is formed on the second fixing body, is inserted into a groove part which is formed on the first fixing body, a clamp is compressed by the weight of the fishing rod to lock the fixing pin. Accordingly, the fishing rod fixture prevents separation as the fishing rod is firmly fixed.
