The methods, systems, apparatuses, and/or devices may include a processing device configured to: receive a second set of physiological data for the physiological condition； determine a unique physiological characteristic of the user based on the second set of physiological data； determine a unique baseline for the unique physiological characteristic of the user based on the second set of physiological data； determine a relative physiological measurement for the physiological condition based on the first set of physiological data； and provide an alert to the user or a third party.
