PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insecticidal facilities and an insecticidal method which can easily kill insect pests infesting plants only by injecting total amount of carbon dioxide gas without using chemical agrochemical and a complicated control device.SOLUTION: In the insecticidal method, an insecticidal bag 1 which is composed of a bag or a container made of material blocking carbon dioxide gas, has an inner gas circulation fan 4, and comprises a carbon dioxide gas injection part 6, is used.
