[Solution] Provided are a disintegrative particle composition including as an excipient pulverized lactose and/or granulated lactose and a disintegrating tablet for food products or pharmaceuticals including the disintegrative particle composition and in particular the disintegrating tablet for food products or pharmaceuticals has a hardness from 20 to 200 N and a disintegration time in water of 1 to 60 seconds.
