A resealable spigot for a coconut that provides access to the sterile coconut water within a coconut. Spigot includes a valve plug (80) having a valve plug bore (84) positioned within a tooled coconut aperture (60)； and, a plunger sleeve (72) having a plunger sleeve bore (74) with a base positioned membrane (78) forming a hermetic seal within said bore thereby sealing the coconut aperture to protect the coconut water within said coconut from contamination.
