The present invention relates to a gel type cosmetic composition and a manufacturing method of cosmetics using the same. The gel type cosmetic composition comprises 0.1 to 1.5 wt% of agar, 0.1 to 1.0 wt% of carrageenan, and 0.1 to 1.0 wt% of gelatin. The gel type cosmetic composition according to the present invention can be molded into cosmetics with desired shapes using a mold with a specific shape, and has effects of various cosmetics pursued by the cosmetics industry such as excellent adhesion with the skin, a moisturizing effect, convenience of use, and feeling of non-stickiness.
