The present invention relates to a maxillary expansion device having a triple screw system for rapid palatal expansion. In the case of narrow and constricted maxillary arches requiring rapid palatal expansion, an expansion screw that is large enough to obtain a desired amount of expansion can be hardly positioned and new device preparation and repetition of procedures are required for additional expansion. The present invention is to deal with an increase in cost and hassles attributable to those requirements and allow adjustment of the amount of palatal expansion that is laterally asymmetrical. The present invention includes: a pair of left main bodies a pair of right main bodies a first expansion screw having both side portions inserted to penetrate the left main bodies and the right main bodies and adjusting a gap between the left main bodies and the right main bodies a second expansion screw having both side portions inserted to penetrate the left main bodies and adjusting a gap between the left main bodies and a third expansion screw having both side portions inserted to penetrate the right main bodies and adjusting a gap between the right main bodies.급속 구개 확장이 요구되는 좁고 협착된 상악궁의 경우, 원하는 확장량을 얻기에 충분한 크기의 확장스크류가 위치되기 여려워 추가 확장을 위해서는 장치를 신규 제작하고 다시 시술해야 함에 따라 수반되었던 비용 증가 부담 및 번거로움을 해소할 뿐만 아니라, 좌우 비대칭적인 구개 확장량의 조절도 가능하도록 한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 한 쌍의 좌측 본체와 한 쌍의 우측 본체와 상기 한 쌍의 좌측 본체 및 한 쌍의 우측 본체를 관통하도록 양측부가 삽입되어 한 쌍의 좌측 본체와 한 쌍의 우측 본체 사이의 간격을 조절하는 제1 확장스크류와 상기 한 쌍의 좌측 본체를 관통하도록 양측부가 삽입되어 한 쌍의 좌측 본체 사이의 간격을 조절하는 제2 확장스크류와 상기 한 쌍의 우측 본체를 관통하도록 양측부가 삽입되어 한 쌍의 우측 본체 사이의 간격을 조절하는 제3 확장스크류를 포함하여 구성되는 급속 구개 확장을 위한 삼중 스크류 시스템을 갖는 악궁 확장 장치를 제공한다.
