The spinal implant includes an implant body extending between a front surface and a back surface, the implant body including a first vertebra coupling surface and a second vertebra coupling surface. The implant body further includes an inner surface defining a first cavity and a second cavity spaced apart from the first cavity. The first cavity is oriented to transpose the fasteners obliquely with respect to both axes of the target body. The second cavity is oriented to implant fasteners substantially aligned with both axes.
