According to the present invention, the haptic-based smart massage method includes: a step of determining a massage condition of a mask pack based on an image signal by a camera module or a measurement signal by a humidity sensor by means of a mask pack controller, and recommending a customized mask pack suitable for a user a step of supplying a driving voltage to the haptic actuator of the mask pack attached to the face of the user by means of the mask pack controller, and generating vibration by a haptic actuator a step of controlling the vibration of the haptic actuator in real time by means of the mask pack controller during massage on the face of the user by the mask pack through the vibration generation of the haptic actuator, and applying different vibration according to massage progresses a step of sensing a facial gesture of the user by an electromyogram sensor during massage of the user′s face by the mask pack, and transmitting a sensing signal to the mask pack controller a step of transmitting a control signal for controlling operation of the haptic actuator to the haptic actuator based on the sensing signal from the electromyogram sensor by means of the mask pack controller and a step of performing an optimal massage suitable for user′s skin by changing the frequency or size of vibration according to control signals of the mask pack controller by means of the haptic actuator.
