PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a regimen for treating an adverse consequence of a persistent and progressive myocardial injury due to a vascular insufficiency that occurs early or late in a subject in need thereof, and a progressive myocardial injury-preventing composition that contains a chemotactic hematopoietic stem cell product, and, optionally, an additional active agent.SOLUTION: A sterile pharmaceutical composition for reducing the risk of a chronic and progressive long-term adverse consequence of a myocardial injury which is an adverse consequence of progressive vascular insufficiency influencing the coronary circulation of a subject comprises (i) a subpopulation of at least 0.5×10cells expressing potent CD34+/CXCR-4+ having CXCR-4 mediated chemotactic activity and migrating by the response to SDF-1, which is the population of mononuclear cells comprising CD34+ cells under sterile condition, and (ii) a stabilizing amount of serum.【課題】早期又は遅い時期に発生する血管の機能不全に起因する持続性及び進行性の心筋傷害の有害事象を治療するための方法及び療法と、走化性造血幹細胞生成物及び任意に追加的な活性薬剤を含む進行性心筋傷害を予防する組成物とを提供する。【解決手段】被験者の冠循環に影響を及ぼす進行性血管機能不全の有害事象である心筋傷害の慢性的で進行性の長期的有害事象のリスクを低減するための無菌医薬組成物は、（i）CD34＋細胞を含む単核細胞の集団の無菌状態での濃縮物であって、CXCR－4媒介走化活性を有し、かつSDF－1に応答して遊走する少なくとも0.5×106個の強力なCD34＋／CXCR－4＋細胞を含むもの及び（ii）安定化量の血清を含んでいる。【選択図】なし
