A new and distinct cultivar of Carnation plant named ‘Hilbeaolswee’, characterized by its compact, uniformly mounding and upright to broadly spreading plant habit relatively small leaves freely flowering habit red-colored single flowers with white-colored centers and narrow margins and good container and garden performance.
