The longitudinal precut unit comprises a rotary cutting disc (512) having a continuous peripheral blade and teeth, and the transverse precut unit comprises a guillotine. The second cooling module is placed between the pre-cutting units and the separation unit. The precut units projecting over the precut plane, which is distinct from the movable support. The driven unit comprises a rotary body, and the separation unit comprises a hammering system to break the grooves.
