The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a whole cottonseed for livestock feed containing uncoated lint without a germinating function by using high heat or pressure. According to the present invention, since a coating step and lint removal step are omitted from the cottonseed manufacturing method described in Korean patent registration No. 10-1551333, the present invention is capable of supplying cellulose, which is an excellent nutrient mostly digested in the digestive organ of cattle and especially is highly valuable as structural carbohydrate dissolved by reticulo-rumen livestock, reducing manufacturing costs through the simplification of manufacturing procedures, and avoiding the use of coating materials, thereby improving feed storability and preferability, which is an unexpected advantageous effect.본 발명은 고열 또는 고온 고압의 스팀을 이용하여 전지면실의 발아기능을 제거한 비코팅된 린트 함유 가축사료용 전지면실의 제조방법으로서, 본 발명에 따른 비코팅된 린트 함유 전지면실을 제조하는 제조방법은 기존 공지된 한국 등록특허 10-1551333호에 기재된 발아기능이 제거된 코팅된 전지면실 제조방법 중에서 린트제거단계와 코팅단계를 생략함으로서, 소의 소화기관에서 거의 대부분 소화되는 우수한 영양소이며, 특히, 반추위 가축에서 분해되는 구조적 탄수화물로서 가치가 높은 섬유소(cellulose)의 공급, 제조단계의 단순화로 인한 제조원가의 절감, 코팅제를 사용하지 않음으로서 사료 저장성 및 기호도가 증가되는 등의 당업자가 예기치 못한 유리한 효과를 발휘하는 새로운 전지면실 제조방법을 제공한다.
