The present invention relates to an ozone sterilization device. More specifically, a sterilization chamber (300) is formed at the bottom of a control box (200), and a fan (800) is installed to communicate with one side bottom of the sterilization chamber (300) and is connected with a discharge pipe (600) through a circulation pipe (700). The top end of the discharge pipe (600) is connected to communicate with the top end of the sterilization chamber (300) through the circulation pipe (700). An internal fan (810) is connected to communicate with the rear bottom end of the sterilization chamber (300), and the internal fan (810) is connected with a neutralizing device (1000), which contains metal active carbon catalysts, through a connection pipe (900). The top end of the neutralizing device (1000) is connected with the rear top end of the sterilization chamber (300) through a secondary connection pipe (910). A solenoid valve (1100) and a secondary solenoid valve (1110) are respectively installed in the connection pipe (900) and the secondary connection pipe (910). A check valve (1200) is installed in one rear top side of the sterilization chamber (300), and an oxygen generating device (400) is connected with the check valve (1200) and the sterilization chamber (300). Oxygen is periodically supplied to be always sufficiently filled in the sterilization chamber (300). The generation of ozone using air in the sterilization chamber (300) is facilitated, and the concentration of ozone needed in sterilization is improved.
