PURPOSE: A pulse rate estimation method is provided to estimate pulse rate by utilizing only measured data from brainwave sensors in a brainwave measuring and using system, without attaching additional sensors or equipment for the pulse rate estimation.CONSTITUTION: A pulse rate estimation method includes the stage of estimating pulse rate from measured data from brainwave sensors in a brainwave measuring and using system. The measured data from brainwave sensors are moving average filtered or band-pass filtered. Pulse rate is estimated by judging valleys from the measured data, without attaching additional sensors.
