A radio frequency beauty apparatus, comprising: a heart rate acquisition circuit (410), a processor (420), a control circuit (430), a drive circuit (470), a radio frequency energy emitting circuit (440), and an output electrode (220) electrically connected in that order. The heart rate acquisition circuit (410) is also electrically connected to the output electrode (220). The heart rate acquisition circuit (410) is used for collecting a heart rate of a user and for transmitting the heart rate to the processor (420). The processor (420) is used for analyzing the heart rate of the user to obtain a first analysis result and for transmitting the first analysis result to the control circuit (430). The control circuit (430) is used for transmitting, on the basis of the first analysis result, a first control signal to the drive circuit (470) in order to control, via the drive circuit (470), the amplitude of radio frequency energy emitted by the radio frequency energy emitting circuit (440). The radio frequency energy emitting circuit (440) is used for emitting the radio frequency energy to the output electrode (220). The radio frequency beauty apparatus analyzes a heart rate collected from a user, thereby controlling, on the basis of an analysis result, the amplitude of radio frequency energy emitted by the radio frequency energy emitting circuit (440) and automatically regulating the amplitude of radio frequency energy outputted by the output electrode (220).
