PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic apparatus capable of improving the swelling of a users body.SOLUTION: A cosmetic apparatus includes at least a pair of juxtaposed operation parts 3, 4 provided on one side of a housing 2 and put in circling operation in mutually opposite directions around rotary shafts 181, 191 to impart physical stimulation to a user a rotating motor 6 for rotationally driving the rotary shafts 181, 191 and a control part 7 for controlling the rotating motor 6. The cosmetic apparatus also includes a Hall IC sensor 21 detecting the rotating positions of the operation parts 3, 4, and displacement sensors 10, 11 detecting the hardness of the users skin. The control part 7 controls the rotating speed of the rotating motor 6 according to the hardness of the skin detected by the displacement sensors 10, 11.
