The present invention relates to an implant operating instrument and an operating method using the same and, more particularly, to an implant operating instrument which enables operation to be done easily and hygienically by forming a gum groove for implant implantation in a gum bone and discharging foreign materials generated during the formation to the outside, and enables the gum groove to be formed at an exact location by including a location rod and a drill inductor, and to an operating method using the implant operating instrument.
