PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring reef capable of preventing sea weed from losing buds or color, and a stirring structure at the sea bottom using the same. SOLUTION: The stirring reef 1 is installed in the sea near a river mouth, and includes a guiding part 3 which guides water current upwardly in a space part 10 and guides the current to the upstream side, the water current flows from an upstream side lattice wall 2d of a hollow frame body 2 having a plurality of lattice walls to the inside of the space part 10 and reaches a downstream side lattice wall 2c, to longitudinally rotate the current in the space part 10 and to generate an eddying flow S7. The guiding part 3 is provided in the downstream side lattice wall 2c and the upstream side lattice wall 2b of the frame body 2. Further, the guiding part 3 has blow ports 13, 14 which blow the seawater in the space part 10 of the frame body 2 to the outside of the stirring reef 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
