The present invention relates to a high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) generation device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the HIFU generation device comprises: an operation handpiece manipulated by an operator； a cartridge body detachable from the handpiece； a transducer module disposed in the cartridge body and simultaneously or sequentially creating thermal lesions made by HIFU at each different spot； an operator driving the transducer module； and a controller controlling the operator to allow the transducer module to move forward and backward or perform tilting motion. According to the present invention, it is possible to remarkably reduce duration for procedures.본 발명은 고강도 집속 초음파 생성 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 고강도 집속 초음파 생성 장치는 시술자의 조작을 위한 시술 핸드피스, 시술 핸드피스에 탈부착 가능하게 구성된 카트리지 몸체, 카트리지 몸체 내부에 배치되며 고강도 집속 초음파로 이루어진 복수의 열적 병변들을 서로 상이한 위치에 동시 또는 순차적으로 생성시키는 트랜스듀서 모듈, 트랜스듀서 모듈을 구동시키는 구동기, 그리고 트랜스듀서 모듈이 전후 운동 및 틸팅(tilting) 운동하도록 상기 구동기를 제어하는 제어기를 포함할 수 있다.
