PURPOSE: A cooperative cultivation structure for mushrooms and plants is provided to supply carbon dioxide which is generated when growing the mushrooms to the plants, and to supply oxygen which is generated when growing the plants to the mushrooms. CONSTITUTION: A partition wall (100) divides an empty space of an underground structure or an empty store under a building located in cities into a first space unit (110) and a second space unit (120). Plural shelves (200) are located in the first space unit for installing pots for cultivating mushrooms. A structure (300) is located in the second space unit for installing pots (210) for cultivating plants. An air flow means (400) is installed on the partition wall for flowing air in the first and second space units. A carbon dioxide measuring sensor (800) measuring the carbon dioxide concentration of the first and second space units is additionally installed on one side of the first and second space units.본 발명은 도심 유휴시설을 이용하여 버섯과 식물을 동시에 재배할 수 있는 도심 유휴시설을 이용한 버섯 및 식물의 공동재배 구조에 관한 것으로, 지하실, 상가 건물 지하의 빈 점포 등 도심에 위치한 지하 구조물의 빈 공간을 제1공간부와 제2공간부로 분할하는 격벽； 상기 제1공간부에 구비되며 버섯 재배용 포트를 설치할 수 있는 복수의 선반； 상기 제2공간부에 구비되며 식물 재배용 포트를 설치할 수 있는 구조물； 및 상기 격벽에 설치되어 상기 제1공간부와 상기 제2공간부의 공기가 유동가능하도록 하는 공기유동수단을 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 버섯을 재배할 때 발생하는 이산화탄소를 식물에 공급하고, 식물을 재배할 때 발생하는 산소를 버섯에 공급하여 버섯과 식물의 생산량을 증가시킴과 동시에 도심 유휴시설에 대한 공간 활용도를 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
