The present invention provides an application of N-benzyl tryptanthrin derivative as tryptophan dioxygenase (TDO) inhibitor, and more specifically an application of N-benzyl tryptanthrin derivative or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Said derivative has a structural general formula as represented by formula 1, wherein each group is defined as in the specification. The derivative of the present invention has a good TDO inhibiting activity and can be used to prepare a treatment for diseases associated with TDO activity and expression.La présente invention concerne une application dun dérivé de N-benzyl tryptanthrine tenant lieu dinhibiteur de la tryptophane dioxygénase (TDO), et plus particulièrement une application dun dérivé de N-benzyl tryptanthrine ou de son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Ledit dérivé présente une formule générale structurelle comme présenté dans la formule 1, selon laquelle chaque groupe est défini tel que dans la description. Le dérivé selon linvention présente une bonne activité inhibant TDO et trouve une application dans la préparation dun traitement contre les maladies associées à lexpression et à lactivité de TDO.
