The present creation provides an improved bony plate structure for fixing an animal bone comprising a top portion, a middle portion, and a tail portion. The shape of the top portion is basically a reversed triangle. The middle portion is coupled to the top portion and comprises two side-wing structures. The tail portion is coupled to the middle portion. Compared to the prior arts, the present creation of the improved bony plate structure for fixing an animal bone is aimed at the stability, having a bony plate that could change the shape for fitting the bone surface, reducing the concentration of the stress for preventing fracturing, and preventing improper covering a stuff portion to disturbing the surgical operation.
