According to the present invention, an edema diagnosis device includes: a volume measuring part measuring the volume of an arm or leg; a body component analyzing part analyzing body components of the arm or leg; and an edema diagnosis part diagnosing edema of the arm or leg based on a volume measurement value of the volume measuring part and a body component analysis value of the body component analyzing part. According to the present invention, the edema diagnosis device is capable of diagnosing edema in accordance with the volume measurement value through a first edema diagnosis member and diagnosing edema in accordance with the body component analysis value through a second edema diagnosis member. Moreover, the present invention is capable of finally diagnosing edema by combining the diagnosis results of the first and second edema diagnosis members through a final edema diagnosis member. As such, the present invention is capable of properly diagnosing the seriousness of edema by analyzing a relation between a body component and volume, and also, diagnosing lymphedema which does not indicate a volume change because of muscle reduction.
