Il est caractérisé en ce que ledit support (2) comporte au moins une matrice poreuse (6) de structure tridimensionnelle comportant une pluralité dalvéoles (7), organisée à la manière dune éponge et réalisée en un polymère choisi parmi la chitine et le chitosane, ladite matrice (6) définissant au moins un réservoir (8) en trois dimensions dans lequel est contenu et greffé ledit principe actif par lintermédiaire dudit ligand.
