The present invention relates to a novel heteroaryl compound, an enantiomer thereof, a diastereomer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an antiviral composition containing the same as an active ingredient. The novel compound represented by chemical formula 1 according to the present invention has remarkably superior antiviral activity against influenza virus and has low cytotoxicity and low side effects on a human body. Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition containing the compound as an active ingredient can be usefully used for prevention or treatment of diseases caused by influenza virus infection.본 발명은 신규 헤테로아릴 화합물, 이의 거울상 이성질체, 부분 입체 이성질체 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항바이러스용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화학식 1로 표시되는 신규한 화합물은 인플루엔자 바이러스에 대한 항바이러스 활성이 현저히 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 세포독성이 낮아 인체에 부작용이 적으므로, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학적 조성물은 인플루엔자 바이러스 감염에 의해 발병되는 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
