PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a care-requiring person take a bath, the bathtub must be crossed, and this work imposes a heavy burden on the caregiver. There are electric lifting devices and many warning devices as measures to alleviate this problem, but all of them are complicated, especially equipment using electric power has problems with power outages and electric leakage, and it is necessary to enter the bathtub. There is a problem that the caregiver has a mental burden such as worrying about electric shock. SOLUTION: The shaft core of a rotating / tilting joint, which is axially attached to a base plate, is tilted and the arm is axially attached. The tip of the arm sandwiches a bathtub stile by rotating the inclination angle of the arm. It can be manufactured at low cost with a simple mechanism that does not require electric power by simply operating the rotary handle and rotary brake. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1【課題】要介護者を入浴させる場合浴槽の框を越えなければならず、この作業が介護者には大きい負担となる。この問題を軽減する方策として電動吊り上げ装置や、多くの機戒装置が存在するが、これらはいずれも複雑で、特に電力を用いた機器は、停電や漏電に問題があり、また浴槽に入る要介護者に感電の心配等の精神的負担あり課題がある。【解決の手段】ベース盤に軸着した、回動・傾動継手の軸芯を、傾斜してアームを軸着した、アームの傾斜角が回動することでアームの先端が浴槽の框を挟んで昇降し、回転ハンドルと回動ブレーキの操作のみで、電力も不要で、且つシンプルな機構で安価に製作できる。【選択図】図１
