<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electric power unit including a fuel system compact in size by forming a heat exchange unit of the system compact in size. <；P>；SOLUTION: The handle type electric wheelchair vehicle 10 is provided with a pair of front wheels and rear wheels at the front end and the rear end of the vehicle, and a foot-rest floor is provided at the front part of the vehicle and a drive seat is provided at the rear part of the vehicle, respectively, and a drive power chamber 17 which is covered by a body cover 15 and houses an electric power unit 16 is arranged at the lower part of the drive seat, and the electric power unit has a fuel cell system 18 and supplies power to an electric motor to drive the rear wheels.
