PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell collecting instrument for collecting a cell in a fimbriae tubae part that can be used safely and can reliably collect a cell sample.SOLUTION: A cell collecting instrument 1 includes a guide wire 7, an imaging catheter 4 having an imaging tool and provided with a guide wire lumen 4d into which the guide wire 7 is inserted, a flexible catheter tube 2 into which the imaging catheter 4 is inserted, and an expandable balloon 8 provided around the outer periphery of the catheter tube 2, which has protrusions on the surface.
