FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for surgical treatment of patients with nonunion and false joints of long tubular bones. Method of surgical treatment of patients with nondestructive and false joints of long tubular bones involves dissecting soft tissues in projection of injury, skeletonisation and mobilization of bone fragments. Excision of pathological tissues between fragments, refraction of sclerosed ends. Opening and widening of medullary canals, restoring the anatomical axis of the extremity, formation of an injured bone in the area of an anterior surface on the side of the fragments of the bed fragments, in which a porous permeable nickelide-titanium implant is installed, pre-saturated with low-differentiated mesenchymal cell elements. Elimination of limb shortening. Filling of remaining bone spaces with osteogenic tissue "grown" in thickness of iliac crest, having structure between hyaline cartilage and coarse fibrous bone tissue in combination with porous granules of titanium nickelide with particle size of 1 to 2000 mcm. Fragments are synthesized by fixing structures of titanium nickelide having shape memory effect. Bone wound surface is coated on all sides with a titanium nickelide gauze implant pre-saturated with 30 % lincomycin in two layers. Inner layer directly in contact with the bone wound is made of 30–40 mcm-thick fiber with a porous oxide layer of up to 10 mcm by single braiding with mesh size of 250–300 × 350–400 mcm, outer layer is made of a thread with thickness of 30–40 mcm with a porous oxide layer of up to 10 mcm by double braiding with mesh size of 200–250×300–350 mcm or triple braiding with mesh size of 150–200 × 250–300 mcm.
