The present invention relates to humanized antibodies against SIRPα that are suitable for use in anti-cancer therapy. The invention further relates to the use of the humanized anti-SIRPα antibodies in the treatment of human solid tumours and haematological malignancies, optionally in combination with further anti-cancer therapeutics.La présente invention concerne des anticorps anti-SIRPα humanisés qui sont appropriés pour une utilisation dans une thérapie anticancéreuse.
