The present invention relates to novel vortioxetine salt, a solvate and a crystal form thereof, specifically, vortioxetine hemi-hydrobromide and a crystal form thereof, and a vortioxetine hydrobromide isopropanol solvate and a crystal form thereof. Compared with known vortioxetine hydrobromide, the vortioxetine salt, the solvate and the crystal form thereof in the present invention have an improved feature in stability, hygroscopicity, and purity. The present invention also relates to a preparation method of the vortioxetine salt, the solvate and the crystal form thereof, pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and usage thereof in preparing antidepressant drugs.La présente invention porte sur un nouveau sel de vortioxétine, sur un solvate et sur une forme cristalline de ceux-ci, en particulier sur l'hémi-bromhydrate de vortioxétine et sur une forme cristalline de celui-ci et sur un solvate de bromhydrate de vortioxétine avec l'isopropanol et sur une forme cristalline de celui-ci. Par comparaison avec le bromhydrate de vortioxétine connu, le sel de vortioxétine, le solvate et la forme cristalline de ceux-ci selon la présente invention ont des caractéristiques améliorées en termes de stabilité, d'hygroscopicité et de pureté.
